Your products will arrive via FedEx, UPS, or USPS and you will be supplied tracking info so you will know where your box is and when it will land on your doorstep.

cancellation & return

All of our products are custom made so we do not accept returns unless your package arrived damaged. If your order has not started production we may be able to accept a cancellation. Please call or text asap at 860 304 5404.
